I usually this attributed as a “Traditional Navajo Prayer.” I don’t know if this is true – I learned this song via various women’s spirituality communities, which have a rather ugly history of appropriating Native cultural elements and of claiming pieces they create are from “old Indian wise women.” The musical arrangement is by Gregg Smith, and the recording is by Libana from their album “The Fire Within”
