Fringes began our 18th Year during a perilous time – post-10/07 Israel, unimaginable destruction and slaughter in Gaza, the continuing rise of fascism in the U.S., and of course climate disaster coming down all around us. Yet even with all of this we gather to find comfort and challenge in our community for, as prayed in February to open our 18th year, we do not believe in the failure of caring for each other.
